Basically what I’m trying to say is that I love Ireland and I’ve never had a bad moment in this beautiful country. I make it a tradition to spend at least one solo weekend a year in Ireland and truly just let myself have fun with no plans. Galway is actually the perfect spot to base yourself when you’re going to see the iconic Cliffs of Moher and Dunguaire Castle.

Nestled in the heart of the Latin Quarter, The Quays Pub offers a blend of modern and traditional Irish hospitality, providing a welcoming space to enjoy a pint of Guinness while immersing oneself in the lively chatter of locals and visitors alike. Cozy Accommodations
Since Galway is a small city there isn’t an abundance of hotels to choose from. Pretty much everywhere is walkable but, there are some areas that are more convenient than others. I would personally recommend the The Dean. It only opened a few years ago and its such a fine vibe.
My other hotel recommendations include: Glenlo Abbey, The Galmont, and Leonardo Hotel.
